Food & Beverage Brand Campaign Manager

This role will allow you to create and deliver the annual brand plan for Premier Inn/our Branded Restaurants. You’ll be working with the UK’s number one budget hotel brand, Premier Inn.

As a Brand Campaign Manager you’ll be accountable for ensuring all campaign activity is aligned with the Premier Inn and Branded Restaurants brand frameworks, maximising opportunities to drive awareness and uptake of F&B throughout the customer journey and across channels, by working collaboratively with the Premier Inn Brand & Marketing team and F&B Brand Strategy Manager.

As part of this role you will allocate investment accordingly, to maximise the impact of all activity and drive brand measures.

You will line manage and develop a team of brand executives to deliver all F&B brand and marketing plans.

Salary: £60,000

What you’ll do

You’ll be managing the creation and delivery of compelling and engaging brand campaigns in-line with brand and commercial priorities, ensuring effective customer communication and compliance to the principles set out in the brand frameworks.

You’ll ensure all brand communication is understandable, motivating and engaging to the guest across all elements of customer journey.

You’ll be responsible for writing all creative briefs and the creative development process with internal teams and external agencies.

You'll be accountable for ensuring all marketing materials are consistent, accurate and delivered on time.

You'll be accountable for legal/technical approvals for all brand/marketing materials.

You'll lead and manage design forums to ensure all customer facing activity is aligned and consistent across all parts of customer journey.

What we need

Understanding of customers and how to build brand equity and engagement.

A strong marketing and creative background, commercially astute and excellent budget management skills.

Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Confident and capable to communicate & influence effectively at all levels.

Proven track record of successful delivery of campaigns - planning, execution, agency management & post-event analysis.

Continuous improvement skills and ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
